With a dream and passion for music, co-founders Francisco Buendía and Filippo Tartari dedicate their every day to the musicians and the industry.

Francisco Buendia
Driven by fun and action, Francisco Buendia is a fearless Entrepreneur and passionate Pianist with extensive network of connections to most influential Music Producers and Executives worldwide.
Francisco Buendia graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business and IE Business School. Prior to co-founding Melboss, he held Management and Business Development positions at prominent firms Oracle and Sun Microsystems.
Filippo Tartari
Filippo Tartari is a proven, tenacious entrepreneur with a knack for getting things done. He’s a senior developer and an expert in Digital Business and Social Media.
Filippo Tartari has the ability to focus on the most important objectives in any initiative, studied at University of Bologna and worked as consultant in multinational companies TheBlogTV and CapGemini.
Manuel Colmenero
Manuel Colmenero

Manuel Colmenero is an award-winning Music Producer and Sound Engineer. He has produced artists such as Vetusta Morla, Eladio y los Seres Queridos, Nena Daconte, Dardem or Nelou to name but a few. As a sound engineer and mixer he has worked with numerous artists of all genres, such as Enrique Morente, Joaquín Sabina, Camilo Sesto, David Bisbal, Victor Manuel, David Demaría, Bustamante, India Martínez, Pastora Soler… etc.

In 2015 he won the Independent Music Prize for best production for the album “La Deriva” by Vetusta Morla. He has been involved in productions which have been multiplatinum, gold records and nominations for Latin Grammys. He trained musically in the Ateneo of Modern Music in Madrid. He also has a degree in Psychology. With 20 years of experience in the music industry, he is the founding partner along with Javibu Carretero, of the studio SONOBOX in Madrid.

Toni Davila
Tony Davila
Tony Davila has a dual appointment as professor of Entrepreneurship and professor of Accounting and Control at IESE Business School and holds the Alcatel Lucent Chair of Technology Management. In 2013 and 2014, he was Professor at the Harvard Business School, teaching in the MBA core curriculum. Before coming to IESE, he was a faculty member at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University after receiving his doctorate from the Harvard Business School. He works both with promising startups like Melboss and established firms on innovation. He also devotes time to teaching and working in sports management.
Juan Díaz-Andreu
Juan Díaz-Andreu
Juan Díaz-Andreu is an internationally accomplished executive Manager with over 31 years’ experience in the Energy, Banking, Venture Capital, IT and Executive Search industries in different countries and leadership positions. He has also been teaching Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital for more than 17 years in different business schools (IE, IESE, ESADE, CUNEF among others). He supports Melboss with his extensive network in the entrepreneurs, business angels and venture capital arenas. He has invested in at least 7 startups and has a deep knowledge of the Investors Community in Europe. With this background along with his love for the digital business and music, he helps Melboss to reach new levels of excellence. Juan holds a BBA degree from CUNEF (Madrid, Spain), a MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management (Los Angeles, CA, USA) as a Fulbright Scholar and a GSMP from Chicago Booth / IE. He also has graduate studies at Harvard SS as a Marc Rich scholar. He is currently the president of the Fulbright Alumni Association in Spain and of the www.ryderclubspain.com as serves as member of the Board of Directors of the UCLA Anderson Alumni Network of Spain and CUNEF Alumni.
Oscar Garcia Blesa

Oscar García Blesa is a music expert with more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies in Spain. Head of RCA and Marketing Director at Warner Music. In the last 7 years he has focused on the digital business launching the Napster streaming service in Spain. He has also been teaching Marketing focused on the Music Business for more than 5 years now. He is an international lecturer being part of the main panels in the Music business around the world. He is the author of the acclaimed Books “The B Side Of Music” (2012) and “Guilty Pleasures” (2015). He writes music articles for EfeEme, the main online music magazine in Spain and has his own radio show at Mediaset, one of the major communication groups in Europe. With a Political Science Degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has attended Music Executive Programs like “Finances for no financials” at London Business School in London/UK. He has a global professional network, strong interpersonal skills, he has worked with Spanish international music stars as Alejandro Sanz, Miguel Bosé, Malú and artists with deep influence like the Foo Fighters, Santana or The Strokes. He plays drums and loves discovering new music.

Sarah Harmon is the Country Manager of LinkedIn Spain and Portugal since 2013. Sarah has a proven management experience, ability to motivate her employees and a successful track record in launching new companies, products and business concepts. Since June 2018, she also leads the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business line for Central and Western Europe.
Sarah has a degree in journalism from the University of Kansas (USA) and a Master of Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina. She is a member of the Renta4Banco Board of Directors and also advises the Rising Tides II Fund, a vehicle created by Go Beyond to invest in the Spanish and European start-ups community. She is the master of "Fundación 29 de Febrero".
Pedro Montarelo

Pedro Montarelo founder and CEO of Montarelo Consulting is an internationally accomplished executive Manager with over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry with special knowledge on Executive Search, Corporate Social Responsability and Marketing areas. Prior to founding Montarelo Consulting, an Executive Search firm specialized in the IT industry, he co-founded Sostenibilidad360, a consulting firm focused on Corporate Social Responsibility. He also held leadership positions in multinational companies such as Sun Microsystems, Ericsson and Indra. He is currently serving as member of the Board of Directors of the Free Software I+D Foundation (FIDESOL) and actively supporting some startups and non-profit organizations. Pedro holds a degree in computers engineering and a MBA by IESE Business School. He supports Melboss in the Corporate Social Responsibility and Alliances areas.

Fernando Moroy Hueto is an internationally accomplished executive Manager. He has been working more than thirty five years in top management positions for various Spanish leading financial institutions (BBVA, Caixabank, etc). He is also currently the Chairman of the Business Angels Keiretsu Chapter in Madrid, the largest business angels network in the world. Additionally he belongs to the Top Ten Management Spain and he is member of the Advisory Board of several startups. He teaches Entrepreneurship, Finance and Strategy at the University Carlos III of Madrid and some Spanish leading Business Schools as Garrigues, CUNEF, EOI, Escuela Europea de Negocios, etc. Ha has got a Ph.D in Business Administration and also a Bachelor Degree in Physics.

Leo Nascimento is a Director with experience in multinational companies in Latin America and Europe. For the past 11 years he has focused his career on the digital business and worked for entertainment companies such as Sony Music, Universal Music, Deezer and Spotify. He has a global professional network, strong interpersonal skills and has managed partnerships within the Iberian and Latin markets, developing new business opportunities with a focus on results, quality and innovation. Leo is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA degree from IE Business School and has given several conferences and interviews to advocate for the streaming business.
Ernesto Paiz
Ernesto Paiz
Ernesto Paiz joins us via MicroVentures an equity based crowdfunding platform where he works primarily with early stage portfolio companies. Previously, he was the investment manager at Ecosystem Ventures, a seed stage venture capital firm. Ernesto doubled the size of the firm's portfolio and his investments have led to multiple successful early stage exits for Ecosystem Ventures. Ernesto has led early stage investments across the U.S. and multiple foreign countries. He enjoys working with entrepreneurs on refining and executing their marketing strategies. Ernesto also has hands on experience in holding multiple roles in various startups across industries such as cloud security, e-publishing and consumer goods. Ernesto holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, is a published author and played collegiate baseball.
Olga Ramírez<

Member of the IC-A (Spanish Institute of Directors) and specialist in Strategy, Institutional and Corporate Relations, Marketing and Communication. At present Managing Partner at an Executive Search and Strategic Consulting firm. Extensive experience in advisor and management positions in sectors such as Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Cybersecurity and Startup. She has taught in Business Schools such as IE, Lasalle Business School or the Pontifical University of Salamanca, where she has also mentored startups. A Bachelor in Business and Economics in the speciality of Quantitative Economics, Olga graduated in Market Research, holds an MBA, a PMD in Telecommunications Business Management and a PMD in Strategic Marketing and Innovation from the IE. Later she obtained the Research Proficiency in Computer Science from the Pontifical University of Salamanca and a Certificate in Good Corporate Governance from IC-A. She is also a contributor to various media where she has written articles about innovation and entrepreneurship. Olga has a passion for music and ballet.

He is an expert in digital strategies, social media, media and digital transformation of organizations. He has been, among other positions, member of the Board of the Aufeminin.com Group (participated by the German group Axel Springer) and Country Manager of Enfemenino.com and Onmeda.es for Spain and LATAM; as well as Head of Digital of the G+J Group in Spain, responsible for brands such as Muy Interesante, Marie Claire, Ser Padres, etc. Academic collaborator of institutions such as The Valley Digital Business School, C.U. Villanueva (Complutense University of Madrid), Centro Superior de Diseño de Madrid (Polytechnic University of Madrid), School of Industrial Engineers of the UPM, etc. He has a degree in Economic and Business Sciences and a PDD from IESE.

Fernando Soria is a professional with more than 28 years of experience in the commercial and marketing industry. He has developed his career at the North American multinational 3M, working in sales, marketing, communication, strategic planning and sustainability departments. He is an associate professor of the ESIC school where he teaches Marketing Management and Strategic Brand Management. He is also a speaker at different conferences in the world of innovation, he holds an MBA from ESCP as well as the DIBEX from ISDI and The Power MBA.

Rolf Unterberger, founder and CEO of RMU CAPITAL is an internationally accomplished executive Manager with over 25 years’ experience in different industries, countries and leadership positions. With his entrepreneurial spirit, his global management experience, his experience in the digital business and his passion for music, he supports Melboss in regard to the positioning in the market, further cooperation’s, funding, his personal global network and growth opportunities. Rolf holds degrees in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering. Furthermore he attended executive programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business in California/ USA and London Business School in London/ UK.
